1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser. Technologies such as localStorage and sessionStorage work in a similar way. This policy covers all of these technologies.
2. What we use

The `aivoice-chat.aivoice` key is never sent automatically to any server and is not used for tracking or statistics. More about the digital assistant and the customer account in the Privacy Policy.
Website administrators also use a technical preview cookie (`preview`), which is never set for visitors.
Visitor statistics: we use Plausible Analytics, which sets no cookies, stores no personal data and does not track visitors across other websites. For this reason, no consent is required.
We do not use advertising cookies.
3. How to change your choice
Delete the site data for aivoice.gr from your browser settings. The notice banner will appear again on your next visit. The sign-in cookie is also deleted when you click "Sign out".
The digital assistant's key is deleted automatically when you close the tab. You can also delete it immediately with the "New conversation" button (↻) in the assistant's window. If your browser blocks storage, the assistant works normally; the conversation simply does not continue on another page.
4. Third-party cookies
If a page includes an embedded video (YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode) or a map (Google Maps), the provider may set cookies only when you interact with that element. The website currently includes no such elements.
